Newsletter Producing Software - Best Tools to Publish Your HTML Newsletter
Software #1: Windows NotePad
This the simple and easy to use software that comes in any version of Microsoft Windows. You can find it easily in your Start Menu.
NotePad is a good and simple program that you can use to create plain text newsletters. It doesn't have some of the good features that other paid programs have, but it's free instead.
So if you are looking for a simple software but don't want to pay any more yet, you might want to use NotePad.
Software #2: TextPad
TextPad is a great software program that helps you created your newsletter easily. It gives you a lot of powerful
features and is very easy to use.
I publish several newsletters and one of them is in plain text. I've been using TextPad to write and format my every issue for years, and I like using this user-friendly programs.
UltraEdit is another good text editting software that some people use, but after trying it, I personally like TextPad more.

Important Note: Some people use Microsot Word to create their plain text newsletters, but it causes some problems and that's why experts don't recommend using MS Word for "text"
newsletters.
One problem is that MS Word automatically inserts some special characters that makes your test looks more stylish, but because these characters are NOT
supported in plain text emails, they end up showing like some twisted, strange characters that will look very un-professional and will ruin the look of your newsletter.
One example of these special characters is the "smart quotes". You might have seen them before. They are those stylish quotation marks that surround your sentences.
Well, as much as they are good-looking in an HTML document, but in a plain text message, they will look something like: "^%~$#".
So whether you use NotePad, TextPad, or another "plain text"
software, just don't use MS Word or you'll end up sending your newsletter that looks like a page full of strange characters that makes your articles impossible to read.
Software #3: A Newsletter Publishing Software
After you finish creating your newsletter, now it's time to send it to your subscribers. this is where you need a good newsletter publishing software.
There are many different software solutions out there - each offering you some features. A great feature that good newsletter software programs and services have, is the ability to "personalize" your messages.
It means you can place your subscriber's name and many other information especially in the issue that you send to him. This will give a more perofessional and personal look and feel to your newsletter and will make you stand above the crowd.
This is something impossible to do manually and one by one for each email. That's one of the reasons using a good newsletter publishing software is very important.
